Frequently Asked Questions:
Where is my order shipped from / to?
All our products are currently shipped from Palmerston North, New Zealand.
We currently only ship across New Zealand and Australia.
We do have future intentions to ship further abroad. If you are located abroad, please email us at admin@lovethybody.shop to express your interest as we may explore shipping to you on a case-by-case basis.

Where is my order confirmation?
We integrate Shipstation to provide an enhanced delivery experience for our customers. Shipstation will facilitate sending customers an automated confirmation email once payment is received from buyer to LTB.
Please check your email Primary inbox and additional inboxes (Subscriptions, Promotions, etc) for your order confirmation.
If you still can’t locate your order confirmation, contact us at admin@lovethybody.shop.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Our guarantee is to have your product out our doors within 48 hours, the courier will take it from there, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days (For orders within New Zealand only).
Please note factors out of our control may cause additional delays in delivery time. (i.e. Environmental hazards, Economic crisis, Govt regulations and so fourth).
How do I track the status of my order?
LTB integrates Shipstation to provide an enhanced delivery experience for our customers.
Shipstation send automated confirmation emails once payment is received, when your order is ready to be shipped, your customer tracking info, as well as access to the customer hub.
Shipstation customer hub includes:
- Tracking your order
- Exchange or returns portal
Do I have to pay for returns or exchanges?
If by chance you need to return your product, we cover the cost for the first return.
Any additional returns are costed to the customer.

Can I change my order once placed?
Yes, as long as we have not sent you your shipping details.
Please note, we try to have your order ready for shipping within 24 hrs so you will have to be quick.
What if I order the wrong size?
It’s a great idea to check the sizing chart before ordering, if you are unhappy with the sizing please contact us so we get the correct sizing for you.

How can I get a discount?
LTB Sports Bras are considered a luxurious product based on the quality of materials, design, craft and production so do not discount the price, with the exception of:
- We may from time-to-time, have LTB Sports Bras official customer advocates and approved LTB Sports Bras ambassadors whom promote rewards oppotunities to their networks.
- LTB may offer discounts on stock clearance LTB Sports Bras, generally on specific low demand sizes and colours.
