CLUB LTB MEMBERS
Orders within New Zealand are delivered via NZ Post for a flat rate of $10 per order. All orders over $100 are complementary to the customer paid for by us.
PAYMENT METHODS
Please include a Company name if you are requesting delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel is not at risk of being intercepted, lost, damaged, or stolen. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Love Thy Body Limited will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact NZ Post and request “authority to leave”, Love Thy Body will not be liable for missing parcels.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

PRIVACY & COOKIES POLICY
You can expect your parcel within one to three working days, however, from time to time there may be circumstances outside of NZ Posts control that cause undesired delays.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. When our team has despatched your order, you will receive an email invoice, followed by an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to track your order by NZ Post.
NOTE: Once your order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Any changes you want to make must be completed upon delivery by completing our Returns Policy.
