Purchases From Love Thy Body Have A 30-Day Return Or Exchange Policy

We have a one-time-only complimentary 30-day return policy, for NZ customers.  For International customers, a shipping fee will occur.

The first exchange is complimentary, paid for by us.  Any additional returns are at the expense of the customer.  Please email us at returns@lovethybody.shop for any queries and before you start the returns process.

Returns & Exchange Policy Exemption

PLEASE NOTE – Our returns and exchanges policy is only for physical products purchased from LTB.  The following examples are exempt:

• Digital products.
• Sale products & services.
• Clearance products & services.
• Seconds products & services.
• Competition products & services.
• Give-away products & services.
• Any imitation / likeness LTB products.

How To Qualify Your Return Or Exchange

• Please try your LTB purchased product on, jump around a little bit, get a feel for your desired fit and comfort.
• If unsatisfied after trying on your purchased LTB product please contact us within the 30-day return policy period.
• Please make sure your purchased LTB product is complete with tags attached, unwashed, unworn, without marks or damage, and in the original packaging.
• Goods must be returned in a perfect resalable condition.
• If you adhere to the above criteria you can proceed with our one-time-only complimentary return or exchange.

Follow The Steps Below To Start Your Return Or Exchange

1.  Email our team at returns@lovethybody.shop with your order number and let us know if you are exchanging, need help with re-sizing, or would like to return the LTB product for a refund.
NOTE:  Please wait for our customer service to reply with further directions, before returning your purchased product.

2.  We will email a returns shipping label to you.

3.  Simply place the product in the Love Thy Body envelope it arrived in and securely seal your envelope closed.

4.  Print off the returns shipping label or write the shipping label details (making sure the tracking number is correct).

5.  Securely place the returns shipping label, or label details, over the top of the original postage label.

6.  Then book the Courier, or post the completed envelope through the carrier on the returns shipping label.

7.  Once our team has received the returned product and we are happy with the condition, we will ship the requested exchange and notify you by email.  It may take 5-7 working days for your replacement product to arrive.

8.  Please note for refunds: Once we receive the returned product and are happy with the condition, it may take 10 working days for the funds to arrive back into your account.

9.  If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days please contact our team.

10.  Postage insurance is recommended, as Love Thy Body LTD will not be liable for your purchased product once in transit.
