Shipping & Delivery Locations
We are currently only available for customers located in New Zealand and Australia. For customers located outside of New Zealand and Australia please subscribe for free to our VIP email list to be notified when we start shipping International.
Shipping & Delivery Fees
Orders within New Zealand and Australia are delivered via a number of carriers including NZ Couriers, Post Haste, NZ Post, Fastway Aramex and their respective partners in Australia for the best negotiated cost we can provide for our customers.
Love Thy Body LTD covers any additional cost when delivery exceeds the flat rate listed during customer checkout. Rural deliveries are costed at a slightly higher rate.
NOTE: Bulk orders over 3kg may incur a higher shipping rate.
Shipping & Delivery Time
You can expect your parcel within one to five working days, however, from time to time there may be circumstances outside of the Carriers control that cause undesired delays.
Shipping & Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. When our team has despatched your order, you will receive an email invoice, followed by an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to track your order by the Carrier.
NOTE: Once your order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Any changes you want to make must be completed upon delivery by completing our Returns Policy.
Ensure Safe Delivery
Please include a Company name if you are requesting delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel is not at risk of being intercepted, lost, damaged, or stolen. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Love Thy Body Limited will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you contact or request the Carrier the “authority to leave”, Love Thy Body will not be liable for missing parcels if such an event unfortunately may happen.
